You make my soul laugh~

I was having a conversation with my SIL about how she felt about her husband.  She talked about how she felt so at home being married to him and that her soul never really laughed until she met him. I loved that thought....so sweetly romantic. I had to turn it into a sign;)

    Could u tell me if u have some program to make it? what it is? I would like to create my own vinyl (with my own sentence) but I don't know where to begin... where i can find the template with fonts :)
