Supplies:
1- 6'' piece of 3/4'' mdf cut to desired length of the bookshelf
2-3'' strips of mdf cut to the same size{route the edge of 1 side of one of the boards}
1 scrap 3'' piece to cut down for the sides.
Set the bottom piece of mdf against 6'' piece.
Set the scrap piece 3'' piece of wood on the side and then balance the front 3'' board on top.
Draw a shape from the front of the box to the back.
Cut the side piece out with a band saw and trace it onto the other side of your scrap 3'' piece so you have matching sides.
If you'd like to pre-drill hanging holes, do so before nailing your box together.
Spread wood glue along the edges and use a pneumatic nail gun to stick it all together!
Paint and hang it up!
Have a great afternoon!
That is adorable.
